Trigger Modification For Tippmann

A simple fix for Tippmann trigger and recock problems.

As always with any mod you DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK! This mod is more so of a side project that was completed.

Not satisfied with your trigger performance or have you had problems with the bolt recocking and staying in position but it doesn’t fire again when you pull the trigger? This extremely simple mod will take care of your problems.

This is so simple. All you have to do is find a clicky pen, take it apart, and take the spring. Then remove this original spring from your trigger assembly and replace it with the clicky pen spring (may be a little hard to fit it in there without it popping out).

Now put your marker back together while being careful that the new spring doesn’t pop out (if you absolutely can’t fit the spring in you will need to find a shorter one). Next cock your marker and pull the trigger, if the marker fires you’re done, if the trigger stops just short then you need to find a shorter spring.

This new spring will have some complications at times but will give you a slightly smoother trigger pull and get rid of some of the slop left to right. Also please note that neither this website nor I are responsible for any damage YOU might do to your marker.
